New website and underwear

Hello visitor!

You are about to discover the new TOLSON website that we wanted to reflect our firm: clear, lively and direct.
Building a website is an important act in the life of a company, especially when it is a young, rapidly growing firm. It provides a snapshot at a given moment in time of its activity, its expertise, its cherished clients and highlights its goals.

This site is the result of certain number of stances. Firstly, the positioning of our firm. TOLSON has been involved in consulting in a certain number of areas: enterprise project change management, strategic diagnosis and organisation of SMEs, communication plans, project management and working group leadership, etc. However, the bulk of our activity currently revolves around Purchasing and we wanted the site to communicate only this very specific field of expertise out of a concern for clarity and simplicity.

Next, we wanted our site to be simple and clear. Firstly out of the concern for good communication and then also because it reflects who we are. At least I hope so.

We wanted out site to be lively. It’s not because we are talking about purchasing that we should overlook the key elements of communication: humour, enthusiasm and clearly stated beliefs. All too often we forget that purchasing lies at the heart of commercial life, discussions, negotiations and confrontation. In short, purchasing is an incredibly human activity.
I promise, I’ll walk down the Champs-Elysées in my underwear the day when all companies have taken this on board. I feel fairly safe in saying that I am unlikely to be arrested for indecency in the foreseeable future and that TOLSON, with its commitment to reinvigorating this Function, has a long life ahead.

I would like to take this opportunity once again to extend my warmest thanks to those who produced this site: Claire, first and foremost, Charlotte et Stefanos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I hope you enjoy your visit and don’t forget to let us know what you think before you log off.
