What’s in for me ?
Your mission is to accelerate the growing of our consulting firm by helping it gain the notority on target markets and by facilitating the commercial activity.
This means :
- You follow-up closely all TOLSON activities (workshops, events…), you can easily identify relevant topics to create content on. You are able to evaluate the topics our targets are most interested in.
- You an fully make communication content (articles, photos, videos, etc.) and you can propose innovative and attractive ways to communicate and to reach our targets and you can help improve the general overview of our communications and deliverables
- You are in charge of publishing of our communications : you identify the relevant channels and define a communication plan for TOLSON, on short, mid and long term
- You manage our CRM tool and make sure that our contact base is updated
- You help moderate our communities : you are regulargly sharing the content and make sure the participants are communicating on our collaborative platform, you create and send out the newsletters and emailing campaings
- You are in charge of organising and coordinating physical, digital and phygital events for TOLSON (logistics, tools, communication plan)
- You are regularly publishing on social networks for TOLSON and updating our pages and groups, you create and update our website and you analyze the traffic
- You follow-up on the performance of our marketing actions : you update and analyze the statstics of dowloads and visalisation of posts and documents that we have shared, you take care of events participation follow-up, analyze the profiles of our followers and our target public and you propose the adjustments
- You constantly search for innovative digital solutions that can boost our communication as well as collaboration tools, tools to animate virtual meetings, etc.

- You are curious, proactive and creative ►You can easily identify the relevant topics and produce the content : moderating a community is not a secret for you !
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills ►You are focused on clear & concise outputs – not blabla
- You have the skills to create photo and video high quality content with a true storytelling and scenario ►You propose and lead the actions to enrichen this content (interviews, questionnaires, verbatims, photos, videos…)
- You like people : An important part of our job is to connect people and make them progress together
- You respect deadlines and remain true to a communication rhythm ►You are responsible for the regularity of all our marketing actions : this is important for to keep a link with our target public
- You have perfect skills on using suites such as Microsoft Office but also marketing and communication tools, social networks
- You are comfortable speaking and writing in French and in English : Our customers represent a wide range of hierarchy levels and nationalities, but they all share with us high quality standards
